  • Implemented GIS-based Japti targeting and predictive analytics for enforcement and recovery.
  • Launched structured awareness campaigns and recognition programs like “Zero Defaulter Society” and “Best Tax Inspector” awards.

Outcomes

  • Streamlined workflows reduced service delivery time and documentation, offering 24/7 citizen convenience.
  • Automated assessments eliminated manual errors and disputes, improving transparency and governance efficiency.
  • Revenue collection reached ₹534 crore by Q2 FY 2025–26, nearly half the annual target of ₹1200 crore.
  • Increased public compliance through outreach campaigns across social media, buses, hoardings, and local jingles.
  • Enhanced staff accountability and motivation through structured targets, recognition, and real-time dashboards.
