Restoration and maintenance of functional sanitary toilets across schools, ICDS centres, health centres, and public spaces.
Cleaning and transformation of public ponds into healthy water bodies.
Construction of filter chambers and soak pits to manage greywater, encouraging its reuse.
Awareness campaigns and stakeholder participation to promote sanitation behaviour change.

The SWM unit is fully operational and legacy waste-free.
100% households and institutions in the Gram Panchayat have functional toilets.
Public ponds have been restored and are free from garbage.
Greywater is being reused for gardening and cleaning purposes.
Behavioural change in the community towards cleanliness was achieved within four months.
