High out-migration from rural Uttarakhand due to a lack of livelihood opportunities, especially in border districts.
Rural nano and micro enterprises lacked professional, structured incubation support.
Government schemes provided finance but lacked business guidance for sustainable enterprise growth.
Incubation centres were urban-focused, leaving rural entrepreneurs excluded.
Formal business services remained inaccessible to rural entrepreneurs due to poor connectivity and low digital literacy.

15,000+ entrepreneurs reached, 4,500+ enterprises incubated, and 2,000+ formalized businesses supported.
Over 50% of incubated enterprises are women-led; SHG members empowered as ‘Lakhpati Didis’.
Created 8,000+ jobs across food processing, homestays, handloom, herbal aromatics, etc.
Over ₹10 crore disbursed via convergence with government schemes.
₹4.5 crore in revenue generated through market interventions and e-commerce support.
