Launched a multi-layered cybersecurity initiative integrating firewall upgrades, endpoint security, phishing detection, and 24×7 monitoring.
Engaged a CERT-IN empanelled auditor (Mirox Cyber Security) for a comprehensive Information Security Audit and VAPT.
Conducted mandatory training on cyber hygiene for 100% staff
Created a board-approved Cyber Security Policy aligned with RBI guidelines and CERT-IN best practices.
Introduced phishing simulations, vulnerability scans, and logging tools to detect and respond to threats in real-time.

Zero cyber incidents were reported during the evaluation period (Feb–May 2025).
All systems across branches secured with firewall and endpoint protection layers.
Successfully passed VAPT audit with certificate issued on 24 April 2025.
Organizational cyber hygiene significantly improved, including senior leadership.
Positioned as a replicable cybersecurity model for small cooperative banks across India.
