- Large number of missing persons over a period of many years in district.
- Lack of consolidated database, issue of incomplete addresses, phone numbers and full names of the complainants.
- Most cases are among the migrants who change their addresses.
- Missing case papers and records of old cases.
Achievements
- Recover 50 kids in 5 months and finding 222 adults in 5 months (Aug to Dec 2023).
- Recover 112 kids in 2024 and finding 288 adults in 2024 (till Oct 2024).
- Police officers were sensitized towards the problem of missing adolescent girls and adults.
- A comprehensive data base is available at the headquarters which includes all the information about the victim and complainants.
