- Provided joint certification for 6,500 students through ICT Academy and Honeywell.
- Organized job fairs and related interventions to ensure employment for 60% of the certified students.

To address these issues, the organization established Centers for Women and Youth Empowerment in colleges, developed customized IT curricula, and facilitated mentorship programs.
