Jio Partner World Platform
Introduction:
Jio Partner World(JPW) is an innovative, cloud-native SaaS platform designed to meet the diverse field force and work order management needs of Reliance. Currently being used by Jio Fiber, Network, Retail, Ajio and more.
Problems:
The lack of a reliable, sustainable, cost-efficient and scalable product for field force enablement was one of the most difficult challenges. The legacy system that was being used was inflexible and difficult to customise. Customisation was costly and not time-efficient, leading to a detrimental impact on business operations.
Solutions:
JPW has empowered the field force to close customer and business issues within SLA to ensure customer delight. It has also transformed facility management activities. JPW use a rapid prototyping development approach that focuses on quickly creating and testing early versions of a product or system. It involves iterative cycles of designing, building and evaluating prototypes.
Outcomes:
JioFiber team configures installation and repair, and more than 15000 work orders are processed daily, and more than 40,000 work orders are processed every day. JPW has had a significant impact on Reliance, with a total cost saving of more than 10 Crore+ /per year. We have reduced the dependency on external vendors who charge a bomb for license fees.
Summary:
JPW is designed to meet the diverse needs of SMBs and large enterprises to manage their field force operations. It also has a robust ticket management solution, which is used across Retail and Corporate facilities.
