- Issues related to data reconciliation and retrieval in manual manifest system
- Gaps and issues in hazardous waste inventory
- Absence of vehicle tracking during hazardous waste transportation from source to destination
- Reconciliation of manifest manually was almost impossible at 100% capacity
Achievements
- Developed an E-manifest system with VLTS, i.e., real-time tracking for hazardous waste transportation.
- Dedicated a predefined route for the transportation of hazardous waste
- Facilitated Geo-fencing, geo-mapping, alerts and control room for real-time vehicle tracking.
- Facilitated alert SMS generation in case of deviation.
