As Mr Sharma rightly pointed out that UPPCL has seen many disruptions recently and embracing IT at the core of it could be a big game changer in the long run.
This is one of the toughest ERP implementation considering the magnanimity of the project in terms of geography, number of employees, number of consumers as well as complexity of Utility Business.
