Solution

  • The target audience are reached out using either directly on WhatsApp, or Social Media.
  •  The Users are requested to answer simple questions about their health.
  • Prompted to submit health reports based on which, a basic diet sheet is shared and Nutraceuticals are recommended.
  • Nutritionists complement this with periodic consultations making customised modifications.
  • The users may also contribute a nominal amount for the cause, for which they are given access to exclusive services.

  • Change in the perception on preventive approach.
  • Willingness to hold on to the recommendation for a longer duration.
  •  Concrete evidence that the program is working – through the medical reports, which are verifiable.

Nutriful 

Introduction:

According to a Study, about 11 out of 1,000 Indians – especially in the above 35 years Age group have been suffering from Non-Communicable Diseases, which can either be prevented, or even be cured with the intervention of diet and lifestyle changes. Nutriful is an AI driven digital platform that can prevent NCDs with the help of participative consultations from a state of the art Algorithm driven Rule-engine and / or with the help of a team of Qualified and Experienced Nutritionists – by targeting the masses and not just elite. The program backed with evidence in the form of medical reports shared by the users of Nutriful.

Problem:
Bringing Awareness on the Importance of Preventive Health Care in general. Affordable and practical diet plans made accessible to anyone who has access to WhatsaApp, Android or Ioss and handholding and motivating the users to followup on their journey to reach their health goals.

Solution:
The target audience are reached out using either directly on WhatsApp, or Social Media, or through any other direct or indirect marketing medium for Registration. The Users are requested to answer simple questions about their health, and prompted to submit health reports based on which, a basic diet sheet is shared and Nutraceuticals are recommended.

Challenges:
Innate lack of interest on the ‘preventive’ approach from the users and lack of prioritisation. Lack of discipline in terms of sticking to the recommended plan from the users. Verifying and measuring the health impact is a challenge unless the users willingly share the health reports.

Innovation:
Digital Platform, especially on WhatsApp is the easiest way to scale in an affordable and most efficient manner. Quick and easy solutions can be encouraged using nudges on the platform by targeting the specific user based on the behavioural pattern.

Outcomes:
Change in the perception on preventive approach and willingness to hold on to the recommendation for a longer duration. Concrete evidence that the program is working – through the medical reports, which are verifiable.

Opportunities:
They are aiming  at reaching 1 million registered users in the Fy 2026. 

Summary:
The ultimate aim of Nutriful is to build a healthy society by bringing in awareness on preventive approach and reduce burden on the healthcare ecosystem.
