    Hullor is a unique concept as it discusses topic which are very important, yet are often not discussed and are excluded from other children’s magazines. It allows children from the deprived background to be included and involved.

  2. Hullor is an excellent magazine of WBCPCR. I regularly read this magazine. This is full of life with stories, poetry, painting, safety information for children, inspirational stories, law, health and many more. This is very child friendly and inclusive. This is for children but adults also can benefited. You can subscribe the magazine for children as well as for yourself.

  3. One such magazine, that has emerged as a wonderful package for kids across the state. As I subscribe to it regularly, I have seen it’s growth over the years, which has been magnificent. Hullor has wonderful, insightful segments which are capable of capturing kids attention.
