Government health staff were overburdened due to multiple visits required for each health issue.
Achieving full beneficiary coverage in six flagship government schemes was challenging.
Citizens had to travel long distances, often losing wages, to access healthcare facilities.
Monitoring six separate schemes, each with different timelines, was difficult to manage effectively.

Teams visited households to deliver essential health services and collect data.
Strategically allocated healthcare workers, survey teams, and medical supplies for seamless and timely service delivery.
District and block-level training ensured effective testing and data collection.
Continuous tracking through daily reports, video conferences, and inspections to ensure accountability and data accuracy.
Adjusted survey timings and reallocated resources to address logistical and operational challenges effectively.
