- Setting up a toll-free Collector’s Helpline (CHL) and WhatsApp number for grievance redressal.
- Processing of existing petitions and analyzing petition data to provide insights.
- Reaching out to the concerned departments to clear tendencies within a stipulated time
- Ranking the petitions based on the feedback to take necessary action.
