  2. One of the best and simple user friendly software with minimum input and consumer get maximum output of water.
    This platform was the best during we face scarcity of water.

  3. DFW 2.0 is an automated system wherein delivery of mobile lorry water is delivered as desired by consumer. An excellent fool proof system of delivery by OTP, eliminates illegal supply.

The Chennai Metro water is doing a excellent job for the people of Chennai, particularly to the Residents are living in the Apartments.We are also availing Dial for Water 2.0.Even if there is no supply from the Pallikaranai filling station,We are getting from Annai Theresa Nagar, Pulithivakkam filling station.Thanks to Mr.Thirumalai AE Metro water ,who helped us during the critical situations in the Corona Virus period.Thanks for the entire team of Chennai Metro.

    Excellent program by Chennai Corporation, I wish similar project is done for other departments as well to bring hassle free payment and transparency.

  12. Excellent by CMWSSB for the Dial for water 2.0 is a easy to reach public from the water crisis situation and save money from other private lorries

  13. Good & Easy to use Application. A good temporary solution to the Water crisis of 2019-20.

    But dont stop here – give us a permanent solution either by increasing the Reservoir capacities or Harness Technology and get more Reverse Osmosis type water.
    Chennai has to become Water surplus from being Water deficient, at least in our lifetime.

When I’m about to register for metro water this page has popped up and im forced to write a comment… We hv not received piped metro water for the past three years despite our best efforts to reach you for the redressal of our grievances but in vain… To make yourselves believe that you are on your toes for hearing our plea I say ” you people are doing exemplary service”…. Are you happy now?
