  34. Bahraich is a backward district of uttar pradesh. People are mostly dependent on agriculture. Due to increasing labour cost and lower capacity of human resources, we are forced to adopt agricultural technology in farming. In this exercise, waste management of residual crops has been a great challenges for us. No doubt indian farmers already living with lower standard and hardly getting food for survival.
    In this situation, government should assist and educate farmers for well being of living creatures and environment.
